his Musical Chumbuckets have been playing their
unique brand of Hot/Classic/Traditional Jazz Since
2008. Their vaudeville-esk comedic live performance
stems from classic Americana artists like Louis
Armstrong, Emmet Miller, Eddie Lang, Django
Reinhardt, Teddy Bunn, and Cab Calloway. Capt. Jeff
& His Musical Chumbuckets have a playful, minstrel-
like approach to making music and performing, but
don't let it fool you, these guys are talented. Their
influences alone show off their commitment to
great music, but on top of that they can put on a
show that you won’t soon forget! Their front man
Capt. Jeff is a natural musician and a born
entertainer who’s remarkable talent and stage
presence leaves crowds hooping and hollering for
